What type of hair do you use in your wigs? 

• Our Wigs are made with 100% Virgin Hair that can be colored, flat ironed and curled. We also offer wigs that are made with 100% Raw Indonesian Hair that can be colored, flat ironed, and curled as well. 

How long until I receive my unit?

• It takes 1 to 3 days for processing and an additional 7-21 days for the unit to be completed. Once completed you will receive a tracking number and shipping is 2 to 3 business days. 

How long do the units last? 

• You should treat your hair extensions/units like your own. With good maintenance our luxury virgin hair can last 2+ years and our Raw Indonesian Hair can last 3+ years or more. 
• Please avoid using excessive heat and oil products on your units, it can weigh the hair down and make the hair stiff

Can I color my own unit?

• Yes, our hair extensions are 100% unprocessed human hair that can be colored and or bleached. Our Raw Tresses can bleach to 613. However, we recommend that you consult with a professional when coloring hair.

How often should I wash my unit?

• You can wash/condition your hair as often as you like. For straight/wavy hair, i recommend cleaning 1x a week or 1x every two weeks with sulfate free products. For curly units, I like to co-wash at least 1x a week. This will keep your unit silky and soft. 

What products do you recommend?

• I recommend Aussie Miracle Moist conditioner and deep conditioner and dove intensive repair shampoo
• For curly/deep wave units, beyond the zone "noodle head" to define curls 
• For colored units, ION Color Defense shampoo and conditioner
• AVOID USING EXCESSIVE HEAT AND OILS 

Can I provide my own hair for a unit? 

• Yes, you can send in hair extensions or a wig of your choice to have a unit constructed and/or customized. 

Should I purchase a frontal wig for my first wig? 

• I recommend closure units for first time wig wearers. My closure wigs are glue-less. Frontals are high maintenance and require a lot of upkeep.
